Krasnoyarsk pensioner kept 27 thousand rounds in the garage

In Krasnoyarsk, a pensioner was detained red -handed, who kept 27 thousand rounds in the garage. At the time of the appearance of the police, the man loaded ammunition into the car.

The illegal ware of ammunition was located in the garage on Gusarov Street, RIA Novosti reports with reference to the press service of the regional police department. At the same time, the 70-year-old owner of the cartridges was detained by the employees of the ARC with red-handed. “At the time of detention, he loaded cartridges into his personal car,” the Central Internal Affairs Directorate noted.

According to the source, during the inspection of the car and the garage, cartridges of various calibers from 5.6 millimeters to 9 millimeters, as well as two portable radio stations of domestic production were found and seized.

“The detainee has not yet explained why he kept such an amount of ammunition,” added to the Central Internal Affairs Directorate.

A criminal case has been instituted on this fact, an investigation is underway.
