Based on the results of the audit, the prosecutor submitted a proposal to the head of the interdistrict inspectorate of the Federal Tax Service No. 21 to eliminate violations of tax legislation. The supervisory authority is convinced that tax officials did not properly fulfill their duties: they did not take measures to determine the reasons for non-payment of taxes, and did not keep proper records of individuals.
