In the United States, a suspect in the execution of two students of the University of Delaware was arrested. So far, the investigation is not known for certain about the motives of the crime.

The police arrested an 18-year-old suspect in their own room at the university, reports Associated Press. On the way to the court building under the escort, the young man told the assembled journalists: "I am sorry." When he was asked about what exactly he regrets, a suspect in the execution of peers answered only that "she is in the hospital."

Student Loyer Braden was detained by the police at about 3:30 in the morning. Now he is accused of attempted murder, attacking people, creating a threat to others and illegal weapons.

The University administration reported that Braden, who became a student not so long ago, was absent in campus at the time of the tragedy, and no one knows when he returned to his room.

Recall, on September 21, at about one in the morning, two 17-year-old students were shot on the territory of the campus canteen. Classes at the University of Delaware, numbering 3690 students, were canceled on Friday and resumed on Monday. Earlier it was reported that the campus administration strengthened security measures immediately after shooting, which, perhaps, saved the life of other students.

In the investigation, police lieutenant Donald Bainard said under the oath that shooting was preceded by a fight between Braden and other young men in university parking. So far, however, it has not been established whether it was drinking or Richmond.

According to the policeman, Braden cut off the enemy of his chin, and he spat on the offender in the face of saliva and blood. The day before shooting the fight was repeated between them, this time in the dining room.

However, there are other versions of what happened. According to some students, shooting was the result of a collision of two youth groups from Washington and New Jersey, while others say that she was preceded by a card quarrel.

Braden graduated from high school in Monklaire, where he actively played football and basketball. His former football coach Sean Morris said that he did not consider the student a capable of such a crime.

The judge set a bail for the suspect 75 thousand dollars, and also forbade him to be at the university or approach his victims. A preliminary hearing in the case is scheduled for Friday.
