According to Kulov, the front “fulfilled its task,” which was to achieve constitutional reform. “This task is practically being realized,” Kulov said, referring to the October 21 referendum on the draft new constitution of Kyrgyzstan presented by Kyrgyz President Kurmanbek Bakiyev.
