Your deeds are wonderful, Lord! On Monday, a simple weaver, performing the aspirations of the people, persuaded President Putin to lead the United Russia. And it was, you know, Deja Vu: the 25th Congress of the CPSU.
And on Tuesday, General Bulbov, the right hand of the head of the FSKN of Cherkesov, was detained on the trap of an airplane in Domodedovo after a brawl between the two special services: FSKN and the FSB. And this is not Deja Wu. Well, there was no such thing in the scoop that the two special services be beaten for the general: who defeated, that and slippers.
The accusation of the general is incurred by a truly heartbreaking: "illegal listening to conversations." It sounds as plausible as the arrest of the Prime Minister for the transition of the roadway to the Red Light.
For some reason, the newspapers wrote that the detention of General Bulbov is connected with the case of “three whales”. What does the “three whales” have to understand. Apparently, despite the fact that any case related to the conflict around the customs is considered “related to the case of“ three whales ”. “Three Whales” are such an euphemism that indicates any phenomena visible to the eye, accompanying a fierce battle between the clans of the security forces. Previous episodes of this series included mutual armed raids on warehouses with confiscate, searches from the famous smugglers and the dismissal of Putin by a number of FSB generals, some of whom, however, refused to leave the rooms.
It is believed that the head of one of the clad clans is the deputy head of the Igor Sechin administration (in alliance with the head of the FSB Nikolai Patrushev), and the other clan is represented by the Presidential Security Service (Viktor Zolotov), the Federal Security Service (Evgeny Murov) and the State Academy of Sciences, which is led by Viktor Cherkessov. Already from here the clearly decisive advantage of the first clan: he has a pronounced leader with great influence on the president and huge hard work, and the second clan instead of leadership is something like the Presidium of the Central Committee.
It is believed that the immediate reason for the enmity of the clans was the question of control over customs: we note that it is not a question about eradicating smuggling, but the question of who will sit on the flows. During mutual showdowns for customs billions, miracles were created: special forces beat off each other's customs warehouses, from which confiscat miraculously evaporated. Customs officers (for example, almost in full force - Primorsky Customs) sat down, the heads of the FSB in the region (for example, in the same Primorye) quit the heads of the FSB, and finally a year ago, a number of FSB generals were resigned by the president of Putin.
A few months later, a scandal broke out when it turned out that the generals were resigned to sit in their offices. They say that Putin, who came to the FSB college, some small major, all in alarm about the vertical and subordination, asked: so:
"Comrade President, but these those that you fired - do we have their orders or not?"
The president did not answer the major at that time, but his face was darkened and the collegium soon left.
Some of the generals - Anisimov, Shishin - still left. Part - for example, the head of the Safety Department, General Kupryazhkin - remained, and even recently Kupryazhkin gave an interview about the murder of Politkovskaya.
The episode with the dismissal (not quite successful) of the generals was accompanied by the episode even more important - the dismissal of the Almighty Prosecutor General, ally and relative of Igor Sechin Vladimir Ustinov.
Apparently, General Bulbov listened to him. In any case, it was during the war that the mass of all listening equipment was purchased with the FSB. And, as many people believe, it is the printouts of Ustinov’s frank conversations with Sechin (something like: “Our president, you, Volodya, will be stronger”) and served as the main reason for Ustinov’s sudden dismissal.
Actually, by this time, the war between the clans ceased to be a war for customs and became a war for the president; She acquired a total character and was carried out in the bowels of almost all power departments. The president seemed to encourage the war, because the more the parties were at enmity with each other, the more interesting they told the president: what otherwise the ruler be aware of all the evil that is happening in the state?
In any case, when on one of the fronts of this war, which passed through the Ministry of Internal Affairs, a battle took place between the powerful chief of the Department of Economic Security of the Ministry of Internal Affairs Sergey Meshcheryakov (his name was associated with the name of Sechin) and the powerful curator of the criminal police deputy minor Andrei Novikov (his patron was called the head of the SBI Viktor Zolotov and the head of the FSO Evgeny Murov), then Both were removed from business (both received other positions).
I must say that this fight, between Meshcheryakov and Novikov, has overgrown the largest number of legends. The most prosaic versions say that during the war the secretary of Meshcheryakov was detained. More romantically configured informants claim that a woman was pumped up with psychotropic substances, after which she reported how much it was worth in the department. And the most extravagant story that I heard said that the exhausted woman was rescued from the inquisite and brought directly to the president, who sympathetically asked her about her suffering.
What is true in these legends and what is not is difficult to say, because the legends themselves are also episodes of war (and not at all impartial descriptions), and at least therefore deserve mention. But one thing is visible for sure: two pieces of the verticals clashed for the president; The president carefully supports the balance between the two armed armies; And everyone makes sure that the foam from the boiler does not spray on the pages of newspapers - these guys somehow do not like publicity.
The detention of General Bulbov, who is the right hand of the head of the FSKN Viktor Cherkesov, has, apparently, a specific reason. These are recent searches in a number of Moscow banks and the formation of a new structure - the Investigative Committee. Too much depends on how the ranks are distributed in the UK and what matters he will do.
But I'm talking about something else. I about this most remarkable coincidence: on Monday, President Putin is inferior to the requirements of the weaver, and on Tuesday on the trapez in Domodedovo there is a landfill of special services. This is the answer to those spiteful people who assure that we are rolling straight back to stagnation: what kind of stagnation is it? This is a real political life, two parties, clinging in an irreconcilable fight!
