Unfortunately, I cannot comment on the situation specifically about this center, but I deal with similar cases regularly, and sometimes I consult the parents of such children. Yes, we all know this: torture, experiments on children, and theft - it’s all there. We all know this, the question is how much it can be proven.

In any case, the more this is made public, the better. Maybe this is a letter to the president, publications in the press - this will somehow help. After all, what is happening now is that under the plausible pretext of providing medical care, everything is hushed up, hidden, and it is difficult to prove anything. Of course, there are a lot of unfounded appeals now, but let them be anyway.

Ideally, we need a system of public control - this is what the organizations I work with are fighting for, what “Civil Control” is now trying to do. The main problem is the complete closedness of the system, closedness to such an extent that it acquires some kind of sacred meaning. After all, every time something like this happens, no one wants to talk - not doctors, not officials, not even social workers who directly help children. Because as soon as they open their mouths, they will lose the opportunity to help these children. The legal prospects for such cases are also very dubious - yes, of course, sometimes you can prove something, but it is always very hard work, and most often the cases are completely hopeless in the legal sense.

So the only way out is to make noise, write letters to the president, governor, anyone and talk, talk about it as much as possible.
