“While the approval is being agreed, the cost of the project is increasing. It was 82 billion rubles, today it will go off for 120 billion rubles. And you are sitting and coordinating the papers, although this could be done within a week. And you will succeed that it will cost even more,” Prime Minister Levitin noted, indicating that the development of the development bank will be only 250 billion rubles.

Levitin explained that almost all the necessary amendments were prepared: "Victor Alekseevich, everything is ready for us."

The head of the Ministry of Economic Development Elvira Nabiullina stood up for Levitin. According to her, amendments to the Regulation on the Investment Fund, which allow you to start the preparation of the territory for the construction of the Western speed diameter, are included in the government this morning.
