Representatives of the Communist Party, "Patriots of Russia", ATP and "Fair Russia" addressed the chairman of the CEC, Vladimir Churov. They announced the inadmissibility of editing during the verification of discrepancies between the notarized list of signatures and signature collections, which also contains information about the signature collector, the Vedomosti writes.
In the CEC, the appeal of parties was called an attempt to draw a centrizbirk into political "showdowns". Experts are sure that all parties that have lived to the election will take part in them as a democratic mass.
As noted by members of the CEC with an advisory voice, the information received from the vast majority of regional parties departments indicates that the collection of signatures in the regions was practically not conducted. Party representatives in the Central Election Commission believe that the signature sheets were made using special databases, and insist on a prosecutor's audit.
Note, in comparison with the last election, the legislator greatly tightened the procedure for collecting signatures, in particular, the volume of permissible marriage decreased to 5%. Signatures were collected by seven of 14 participants in the race.
Nespages (the surnames are the same, but the addresses and passport data are different) the CEC members found with an advisory voice, having achieved admission to the premises where the checks are conducted, the representative of the Patriots of Russia Evgeny Shevchenko said. Such a problem, according to him, arose at once in several parties. According to the law of correction, it is impossible to submit to the submitted documents.
In response to complaints received by a member of the CEC of the Russian Federation, Igor Borisov said the day before that in this way parties were simply trying to draw into political showdowns,RIA Novosti reports. “The political struggle has begun, which goes on all fronts, including the front of the organizational and legal activities of the CEC of the Russian Federation,” he explained.
According to Borisov, a speech in the appeals of parties, in particular, is that data on collectors in some cases do not correspond to notarized forms of documents. A member of the CEC said that to verify information about collectors of signatures of the CEC of the Russian Federation, there are other possibilities, in addition to reconciliation of data with notarized documents. "We cannot, on the basis of an erroneously designed document, recognize all the signatures collected by the collector," Borisov noted.
He drew the attention of journalists to the fact that representatives of those parties that were registered in the elections using the electoral collateral turned to the CEC. "Parties registered on other grounds are trying to prevent the registration of their opponents and, thus, get rid of rivals," the CEC member believes.
In turn, experts note that parties who managed to survive before the elections will most likely allow participating in the campaign. Political scientist Vitaly Ivanov believes that they are not a threat to the "United Russia", but create a democratic mass. A technical decision was made on this score, and the CEC executes it.
