None of the defendants came to the court, did not provide significant documents and reviews for the statement of claim. Therefore, the judge decided to satisfy the applicant's claims.

According to ecologists, the International Socio-Ecological Union and the Ecological Watch in the North Caucasus and other public organizations will require the development of a more qualified "substantiation of the functional zoning of SNP", as well as the inclusion of public representatives in the expert commission.
