For eight years, the president built a vertical and strengthened stability. But the story is a cunning lady, and sometimes she shows the creator of his creation during his lifetime.

I do not believe in conversations that all this is an operation on pseudo -extension to force Putin to stay. And the letters of Tsereteli-Mikhalkov are not a strong argument for me: they were always next to the king, and they will continue with him in his new term (however, their praise will look funny to the new president if Putin leaves). But even the letter of the quietest Skuratov and his comrades demonstrates: his authors understand that there is nothing to be afraid of.

But, in the end, it's not about letters. It seems to me that the president may first see the collapse of his 8-year policy. The president’s opponents have talked about this all eight years. Everything rested on his "eternal" rule.

You can’t drink money endlessly without developing nothing, inflation begins. It is impossible to build stability only on the fidelity of the special services - these “hooks” (according to Cherkesov) turn into animals when it becomes obvious that the owner is leaving, and now it has already begun. And the higher the president’s rating and louder than the prayers to stay, the more noticeable that these are those who understand that the “counterweights”, which the president so masterfully placed for stability, will soon collapse on their property. And you need to collapse earlier.

For eight years, the question was asked: who has been led by the country - the president or his environment. The answer is unknown, but another is known: now it is a hostage, but not some groups, but powerful and non-desire from his desire the laws of the economy and macro-policy. He built the temple of an obedient vertical, but inflation and corrupt betrayal were obtained. (And what to do, says the environment, he will leave, and we will continue to live ...) But the most important thing, regardless of his desire, he will leave a society that understands that we need to prepare for everything. To rise in price of housing per 100 percent. (And what, there is competition? Yes, and where to invest money that burn out from inflation, is it now already rubles?) To the rise in price of products (after all, violent price freezing is only before leaving). To lawlessness of the judicial system. (And what, is there someone to control it?) To the fights of the Chekists. (And what, there is a government on them? They are power!) Perhaps the president believed that the money was plundered, so he gave a drop. But it is impossible not to give forever, and even that, the little that was given, gave birth to inflation ... Just as there was one source of popular happiness - oil. But, I think, even during his life, the current leader of the country will see, unfortunately, the collapse of this design.

It is difficult to say whether the president realizes that the only thing that could protect him and the country, the only thing that gives life to stability is real multi -party, real separation of powers and real freedom of speech - he canceled with his own hands. Although it is these mechanisms, although painful, they include people in creation and make people citizens. And citizens take on part of responsibility for the life of the country. But, unfortunately, the president chose another way, and the people joyfully resigned responsibility for all decisions.

It is a pity, but the president, in fact, remained with the "faithful Mukhtars", flatteringly looking into his eyes and dreaming of clinging to the master's throat, as he pulls with the announcement of the name of the successor. And for them there is so little time left to have time to run the first to the new president and fall to the new hand. The obedient country with obedient pleas about the third term, an obedient party in power, obedient political scientists and television channels and obedient transcendental ratings of the president hung over the abyss of uncertainty.
