I carefully read all the materials about this opportunity.

But "officials" deny this rumor.
They say they "have no information on this."
I want to say that, of course, this station can be closed. Especially since she has a low rating. Small share. And she also has an FM frequency, which should pay for itself. Again, there is the Internet, through which now you can listen to everything. And the intelligentsia, which we listen to the radio "Culture", it is all with the Internet. Maybe that's how you listen. Why, again, listen to this radio in the car? They don’t listen to performances in the car, they listen to songs and news in the car ... And so on.
So, I want to say that if there is such a decision, then he should be imprisoned. I won't explain why. Who understands, he understands. Who does not understand - also understands, but he needs to correctly drive this frequency for a specific loot. And the loot is not necessarily green. There may be ideological loot. And we will soon hear on this frequency something youthful, ideologically correct. Everyone guesses what exactly we will hear there.
The rating of radio "Culture" is really low. Like a share. As well as distribution.
And who should have invested in it?
Why are huge posters on the walls in the English subway advertising BBC radio literary shows?
Why is sponsoring such stations in the States a matter of honor for businessmen?
Why in France, when someone just hinted that something needs to be done about the France Cultur station, did a public discussion immediately arise? Only not about how to close, but about who is to blame for the low rating.
I understand. Woe to those state media that are not electoral. Well, what can the ruling party give the poets, muttering their poems? And Mendelssohn? Somehow weakly through him goes the explanation of the Plan of the President, which is now the Plan of the People.
I understand. As well as the fact that those who are now scrolling around the offices of the idea of ​​​​closing Radio Kultura are the most ordinary criminals.

It was before my eyes. I worked there.
The country is bursting with gratuitous oil money, and better yet, the Baby Monitor and the Club of Famous Captains have not done anything. Because those who did it then loved children, and those who do it now love money.

Of course, our citizens are lying. They watch “Culture” a little, they watch more humor, TV shows and sports.
But that's what the state is for, not to lie. In order not to hide behind the rating.
The miner Ivan does not watch "Culture" after a stormy day at work, and the milkmaid Zoya does not watch either. And rightly so, they need to relax.
But they mostly do not write poetry. And prose too. Of course, sometimes Zoya goes to the selmag. But there has been a problem with Mendelssohn's disks for the last 80 years.
I'm writing all this and I think: to whose address is this my message? I would have asked the ruling party, but she refused to debate. Don't ask now...
