The north-west of European Russia will be affected by the Atlantic cyclone, so there will be light snow in places. In the Middle Volga region there is no precipitation, 0...-5оС. In the North Caucasus region and the lower reaches of the Volga it is stormy and windy, with precipitation, rain and sleet in places, the prevailing temperature is +2...+9оС, in the Krasnodar region up to +12оС.

At night there is mostly no precipitation, the temperature in Moscow is -6...-8oC, in the region -5...-10oC.

In St. Petersburg during the day there is mostly no precipitation, -1...+1оС. Tomorrow there will be snow and blizzard, south wind, 7--12 m/s, temperature at night 0...-2оС, during the day -1...+1оС.

In the north-west of the European territory of Russia and in the central regions, the weather is quite seasonal, the oxygen content in the air is optimal, so noticeable meteopathic reactions cannot be expected. In the south of European Russia, damp, cool and windy weather can provoke exacerbation of chronic inflammatory diseases of the joints and spine, as well as the bronchi and lungs. A calm geomagnetic background is expected these days.
