The spacecraft weighing 2.7 tons was delivered to the orbit of the Changzhen 4-s launch vehicle, which started at 1:48 in the night of Moscow time from the Tayyuan cosmodrome, which is located in the northern province of Shanxi. The satellite is intended for scientific research and collecting data on the surface of the Earth, including in the interests of agriculture and to combat fires, the agency reports.
Recall that on October 24 this year, China launched into space the first artificial satellite of the Moon "Chan-1", which safely entered orbit.
