When I also returned from the epoch -making party of thought, consecrated in detail in the history of online , in the elevator I met two pretty girls, who quickly developed me in favor of United Russia, which resulted in two leaflets of the flag of Russia. Moreover, one of them - a rectangle in size 7x10 - finally explained everything to me about the “Putin Plan”, which, obviously, did not succeed in Mikhail Rogozhnikov, who prepared a mix of 8 messages on this subject.

The girls turned out much shorter and clearer. So, if you turn Putin’s plan, then a calendar is found on the back, which in this way makes Putin’s “Putin’s plan”. And here it is: January 1, 2008 - Tuesday, January 2, 2008 - Wednesday, January 3, 2008 - Thursday, and so on ... Truly, this is a very good plan that inspires optimism. Since it declares that there will be time, but there is no apocalypse, respectively. And then everything here is: “Russia is crawling into the war, Russia crawls into the war ...” What war is when “the Government of the Russian Federation decided to transfer several holidays in 2007-2008”, that is, engaged in purely peaceful affairs? This was told to me by the second United Russia document.

But, in fact, I did not want to go on this subject at all. Again, I remember the words of Valery Fadeev on the aforementioned party. In particular, he complained that dear gentlemen experts, attracted by the announcement of the “political model of Russia after March 2008”, somehow all gathered to listen, but did not show a desire to say something about this. But maybe the problem is that it was just necessary to ask other experts not related to corporate obligations with United Russia?

And then, after all, a paradoxical situation is obtained: the language adopted in this community does not fundamentally allow us to describe the observed political objects, since many experts owe these objects their engagements. As a result, however, it turns out that the arranged dispute does not allow anything to find out from others, share your own, and argue, finally. Accordingly, you have to eat your own surrogates. The submarine is such, at a depth of ten thousand meters.

Why, for example, now this theoretical discourse is about a growing, but fundamentally not observed middle class, with which for some reason large political forces do not work, otherwise how just to score airtime? In all this, I am more interested in real knowledge: what kind of “large political forces” are these that do not meet the interests of the middle class? And what class interests, by the way, do they answer? Maybe the interests of the proletariat and the peasantry? I will be very surprised ...

So ask me as a hypothetical representative of the middle class (I have a private life, the most average prosperity, and certain spiritual values), what is currently interested in? I will answer easily: for starters, so that they are guaranteed not to listen to my phone! And so that the wiretap does not result in further disgusting! What “large political party” will take the work of the obligation that this will not, even with the total victory of “supporters of Putin”?

“Putin’s plan” is a wonderful thing to score brains. It is clear to everyone: you won’t go anywhere with this plan, even if it is in the adaptation of Rogozhnikov. You won’t hire anyone, you won’t hire yourself, you won’t knock out funding and do nothing at all, but this is not even the point, but that besides Putin’s Plan, there are no other plans. There are no plans of Fradkov, and Fradkov, it seems, is not there either. There is no plan of Zubkov, there is no Medvedev plan and no, it’s scary to say, even Pavlovsky’s plan, since even Pavlovsky will not be able to clearly tell you what will happen beyond the horizon of March 2008. He will grin and quickly and quickly run away along the corridor, make a “real policy”. After all, Putin turned out to be such an excellent stabilizer that he turned the expiration of his contract into another black hole and fatefulness, which hung us all in one place.

In this sense, the problem of Abdula Khakim Sultygov is interesting, who in full seriously suggested some strange unprecedented cathedral (we will not seriously insist on the identity of the procedure with the shouting of the badly Mikhail Romanov, I have not been present) to instructalize Putin with a national leader, so that, as Sultygov, it seems, to shut up the aforementioned black hole. Now everyone attacked Sultygov, accusing him of both the run-in and dizziness from success (take at least a disgusting comment by Igor Demin, such as “why are you so reassured”?), But Sultygov only uttered what has already been written on all fences, but it was considered aloud to pronounce it as if indecent. Because its combinations of three letters addressed to democracy are, in fact, absolutely the same as the thesis about the evolution of elections to the plebiscite, the theory of the non -passing GDP, without which we will befall with economic grief and the exposure of Comrade Markov about the triangle, which is the most stable geometric figure.

In other words, if there is an object itself - the one of the three letters - if without it, including in private life, why not call it out loud, why not present it for general review ? "I get out of the wide trouser leg ...."

But this is not even important, but that universal public inadequacy in the assessments of the “national leader”, which, in fact, a) brought us to this institutional shame; b) is not able to honestly articulate his intentions; c) for eight years of work, he was not noted in promotion in any areas of reform.

Yes, this random person on the throne played a certain positive role in the peace of political circles, but it was the merit of his chair, which they now want to attribute to a person without a chair. After all, Primakov played exactly the same pacifying role, while being the prime minister, and even Kiriyenko could play, if not for the obligation to take responsibility for default, to ground the hatred of the people through themselves. The GDP itself remained a black hole ( president without properties ), and in the role of the "national leader" he can also be exactly the same black hole of our Russian political space.

Of course, you can try to build a rotation model around these two black holes - the president and the national leader, but you can very easily please these black holes.

But another problem, which is even more important than the first - the impossibility of a normal alternative. In this, I, perhaps, is that I agree with the Aesopian 4 club and Inopa, which brings a lot of Red Professors to the Bukharin Institute of Red (remind me, as Bukharin finished?). Moreover, I sincerely agree that a foreigner, immersed in the ruling environment, really fulfills an important mission of cultivating this environment, saturation with its meanings, which, however, does not relieve the risk of reverse infection of the noble husbands with a demagogy virus. At the moment, any honest attempt to handle the elements of the Putin’s power model - elections, parties, parliament, electorate, media, political clubs - can only cause resistance to engaged political circles and, possibly, an unprecedented repressive reaction.

No matter what experts imagine from themselves, they do not coincide with the actors, do not manage the actors, do not answer anything, including for their own judgments, and in these circumstances to hide their heads in the sand for them, perhaps, reasonably.
