| Southern cyclones paved the way to the European territory of Russia. The one that passed the southern Russian seas on Sunday afternoon burst into the center of Russia, passing through the southwestern regions with moderate snowfalls. The next southern whirlwind, which will pass today or tomorrow, promises to cover the central regions, including the Moscow region, with snow. As it passes east of Moscow in a number of areas of the Central District today and into the night of tomorrow, snow, heavy in places, blizzards and winds of 15-17 m/s are expected. Snow drifts may form on the roads. Tomorrow the weather will calm down a little in European territory. The southern cyclone from the Vologda region will go to the Subpolar Urals. Another powerful cyclone is approaching southern Russia. Its center is still far away - in the Balkans. However, pressure drops due to this vortex will already increase, so the wind will increase.
In Moscow during the day it is cloudy, at times there is light snow and a blizzard. Conditions for icy conditions, temperature -1...-3оС, in the region 0...-5оС, east wind, 5--10 m/s, changing to northwest, 5--10 m/s, gusts in places up to 12--15 m/s. Tomorrow afternoon it will be cloudy, with clearings, mostly without precipitation, icy roads on the roads, -5...-7°C, in the region -3...-8°C, variable wind, 2--7 m/s.
In St. Petersburg there is light snow in the morning and afternoon, temperature -2...-4°C. The roads are icy.
In the center of European Russia, unstable weather continues with significant fluctuations in basic meteorological parameters. Weather instability is aggravated by the instability of the geomagnetic background. Therefore, today and tomorrow many weather-dependent people may feel a deterioration in their health. This primarily applies to people suffering from cardiovascular diseases. On November 15, unstable geomagnetic background is also predicted.
