Exit Polls will hold three sociological services - the public opinion fund, the All -Russian Center for the Study of Public Opinion, VTsIOM and the organization of our elections, during the elections to the State Duma on December 2. According to RIA Novosti, this was announced by the head of the Central Election Commission Vladimir Churov.

"All of them presented samples of certificates of information collectors and received appropriate confirmation from the CEC," he said on Tuesday at a selector meeting with members of the election commissions of the constituent entities of the Federation.

VTsIOM general director Valery Fedorov said that his service will conduct polls for 1200 polling stations throughout the country, ITAR-TASS reports. "These sites are located in 60 regions of Russia - approximately 20 sites per region," the general director said.

Fedorov said that the results of Exit-Polls will be announced on Channel One, which "is the official customer of this survey." “Earlier, no one else can take advantage of the laws by the law of ectes -fields,” he explained.

Fedorov also spoke about the survey procedure: at the exit from the polling station, there will be two interviews with relevant documents that will interview every fifth or tenth voter. “Only three questions will be asked: age, gender and for whom the voter voted,” the general director of VTsIOM said.

The results of Exit Polls cannot be published earlier than 21.00 Moscow time and cannot be used for agitation. The ban on the publication of the results related to the elections of surveys and forecasts entered into force on Tuesday.
