There are two best options.

b) the Supreme Commissioner of the Russian Federation on international issues and security - such a Russian Javier Solan, the chief representative of Russia in all decent foreign partys; appointed, of course, the State Duma on the proposal of the president or vice versa.

In general, there is nothing to guess and is not worth it, because Putin will ripen no earlier and no later than the last moment. And this moment is close. And the decision to remain for our little Hamlet, who unexpectedly grown to the puppet king Lear, is too big and scary that he could once take him and accept him.

Now we can already say for sure: there is no need to expect anything like that from Putin. And then they have been waiting for eight years. Everyone, however, was waiting for their own. Someone is the revival of sovereign glory, someone is an anti-oligarchic operation and justice institutions, and someone-and the complete liberalization of everything. And for 8 years it seemed to many that there would be a decision that happiness in Putin would suit in a day or two. And what, waited? That's the same. He did not want either great achievements or irreversible solutions. But he turned out to be the devil, a good actor. And not only he knew how to correctly read the dramatic texts laid on non -converging paper, but also successfully withstood pauses. Now holds one more - now exactly the last one.

Leave. Nothing will happen. He will just disappear. And they will play Russia a little more, after which the district mother will take them a story. To the exit. With or without things - someone is lucky. Then we will be really scared. Because it is already necessary to decide.
