Weather and health

Over most of European Russia, the weather in the coming days will be cloudy and damp, with temperatures above normal for early December. In the surface layer of the atmosphere and in higher layers, southern and southwestern flows predominate. This is due to the Atlantic cyclones, which attack the European northwest one after another and promise an uninterrupted supply of damp and relatively warm sea air. In the northwestern region, precipitation, mainly in the form of drizzle and drizzling rain, temperature is 0...+3°C, in the Leningrad region in some places up to +4°C. In the central region and the Black Earth region the temperature is -3...+3оС.

There is mostly no precipitation in the capital, and the roads are icy. Minimum temperature -2...-4оС, in the region -1...-6оС, in the daytime 0...-2оС, in the region -3...+2оС, south wind, 3--8 m/s.

In St. Petersburg, precipitation, mainly in the form of drizzling rain, southwest wind, 8--13 m/s, temperature at night 0...+2оС, during the day +2...+4оС.

In most of the European territory of Russia, the weather is damp and the oxygen content in the air is low, which is not entirely favorable for those who suffer from chronic oxygen deficiency. In such weather, sore joints and the spine may remind themselves, and chronic inflammatory diseases of the bronchi and lungs may worsen. Significant fluctuations in atmospheric pressure can cause illness in people with unstable blood pressure. A calm geomagnetic field is expected these days.
