"Мечел": Сумма долга компании с учетом приобретения "Якутугля" составляет 3 млрд долл

Сумма долга ОАО "Мечел" с учетом приобретения "Якутугля" составляет 3 млрд долл. Об этом сообщил в ходе телефонной конференции генеральный директор ОАО "Мечел" Игорь Зюзин.

Накануне компания опубликовала финансовую отчетность за 9 месяцев 2007г. по US GAAP, согласно которому чистый долг ОАО "Мечел" составил 622,4 млн долл., общий долг - 1,035 млрд долл. Денежные средства и их эквиваленты на конец отчетного периода составили 412,6 млн долл.

Напомним, что ООО "Мечел-Инвест" 5 октября 2007г. стало победителем открытого конкурса по продаже принадлежащих государству пакетов акций ОАО "Якутуголь" и ОАО "Эльгауголь". Компания предложила за активы 58,196 млрд руб. (2,3 млрд долл. по курсу 24,8 руб.) при стартовой цене 47,396 млрд руб. Российский фонд федерального имущества выставил на продажу 68,86% уставного капитала "Эльгаугля" и 75% уставного капитала минус одна акция "Якутугля", а также комплекс недвижимого имущества. "Мечел-Инвест" должен не позднее 30 сентября 2010г. ввести в эксплуатацию железнодорожную линию Улак-Эльга.

ОАО "Якутуголь" представляет собой угольную компанию с объемом добычи 9,9 млн т угля (в 2005г.). Большая часть угля экспортируется на азиатский рынок.

В ОАО "Мечел" консолидированы контрольные пакеты акций и доли в компаниях: Челябинский металлургический комбинат, Торговый дом "Мечел", ОАО "Южный Кузбасс", "Южуралникель", Белорецкий меткомбинат, Вяртсильский метизный завод, АО "Торговый дом Посьет", ОАО "Уральская кузница", ОАО "Московский коксогазовый завод", ОАО "Ижсталь", Mechel Trading, Коршуновский ГОК, Mechel Nemunas (Литва), метзаводы Mechel Targoviste и Mechel Campia Turzii (Румыния).

Правление АК "АЛРОСА" 12 декабря 2007г. на очередном заседании, которое состоится в г.Мирном, рассмотрит параметры годового плана компании на 2008г., сообщили РБК в алмазной компании. В повестку дня правления внесен еще ряд вопросов, рассмотрение которых может быть отложено, сообщил источник.

Консолидированная чистая прибыль АК "АЛРОСА" в 2006г. по международным стандартам финансовой отчетности (МСФО) выросла на 2,6% по сравнению с 2005г. и составила 14 млрд 152 млн руб. In 2006 компания добыла алмазного сырья с учетом ОАО "АЛРОСА-Нюрба" на 2 млрд 333 млн долл. (57 млрд 130 млн 506 тыс. руб.), что на 2,4% выше планового показателя.

АК "АЛРОСА" - одна из крупнейших алмазодобывающих компаний мира, на долю которой приходится 25% мировой добычи. В настоящее время акционерами компании являются Росимущество (37% акций), Министерство по управлению госимуществом Якутии (32%), физические и юридические лица (23%). Восьми улусам Якутии принадлежит 8% акций компании.

"Комстар-ОТС" планирует в 2008 году построить WiMax-сеть в Москве

ОАО "Комстар - Объединенные ТелеСистемы" ("Комстар-ОТС") планирует к осени 2008 года построить, а до конца года - запустить в Москве сеть беспроводного доступа в интернет "мобильный WiMax", сообщил во вторник на пресс-конференции первый вице-президент компании Алексей Гончарук. В свою очередь, вице-президент по развитию и стратегии "Комстара-ОТС" Александр Горбунов отметил, что сеть "мобильный WiMax" позволит пользователям выходить в интернет в любой точке Москвы с ноутбука с интегрированной поддержкой WiMAX. Продвигать новую услугу "Комстар-ОТС" будет совместно с корпорацией Intel - компании подписали соглашение о стратегическом сотрудничестве по развитию технологий "мобильного WiMAX" в России.

По словам Горбунова, в рамках сотрудничества "Комстар-ОТС" будет инвестировать в создание сети, продвигать услуги, создавать партнерства с региональными операторами. Intel, со своей стороны, разработает встраиваемое оборудование WiMAX и будет поддерживать проникновение на российский рынок ноутбуков с интегрированной поддержкой WiMAX.

Как отметил Горбунов, на первом этапе сеть будет запущена в Москве, где у "Комстара-ОТС" уже есть частоты, необходимые для запуска WiMAX. При этом он подчеркнул, что будет покрыта полностью вся территория столицы, в Подмосковье строительство пока не планируется. Через два-три года компания намерена выйти с услугой "мобильный WiMax" и в регионы. Начнется региональная экспансия с Санкт-Петербурга, затем "мобильный WiMax" охватит все города-миллионники, пообещал Горбунов. В рамках регионального развития планируется как строительство собственной сети, так и приобретение региональных операторов, обладающих необходимым радиочастотным ресурсом. Компания также намерена использовать модель соинвестирования строительства сети с региональными операторами, а также заключать договоры с местными операторами о преференционном роуминге между Москвой и регионами. При этом не исключается участие Intel в инвестировании строительства сети. "Каждый конкретный случай будет рассматриваться отдельно", - сказал на пресс-конференции региональный директор Intel в странах СНГ Дмитрий Конаш. По словам Горбунова, в течение 2008 года компания составит детальный план регионального продвижения. "К концу 2008 года мы будем понимать, когда и где будет запускаться сеть", - отметил вице-президент "Комстара-ОТС". Инвестиции в проект не называются, однако Горбунов отметил, что это "десятки миллионов долларов". Компания рассчитывает на "миллионы пользователей", а средний счет с одного абонента в месяц, по планам, составит 10-20 долларов. Плату с абонентов планируется взимать только за объем переданной информации. Предполагается два механизма оплаты услуг. Первая - контрактная, при этом возможно включение платы за услуги WiMAX в единый счет за услуги ADSL-доступа в интернет. Второй механизм предполагает оплату по карточкам. Конаш сообщил, что Intel в настоящее время разрабатывает решения для "мобильного WiMAX" для ноутбуков, ультрамобильных ПК (UMPC) и мобильных интернет-устройств (MID). Предусматривается, что в середине 2008 года корпорация выпустит на рынок свой первый встраиваемый модуль с поддержкой стандартов WiMAX и Wi-Fi, который в настоящий момент носит кодовое наименование Echo Peak и предназначен для использования в мобильных ПК на базе процессорной технологии Intel Centrino нового поколения, а также в ультрамобильных ПК. Модуль, оптимизированный для мобильных интернет-устройств, обладающих низким энергопотреблением, в настоящее время носит кодовое наименование Baxter Peak и также запланирован к выпуску в 2008 году.
