Former President Peru was put for six years

Former Peruvian leader Alberto Fuhimory was sentenced to six years of imprisonment for the order to steal documents confirming his corruption actions from the house of the former intelligence chief Vladimir Montesinos, Reuters reports.

The court found Fuchimori guilty of abuse of authority, illegal invasion in order to abduct the denunciation of documents and assigning the functions of an official.

Earlier, Vladimir Montesinos, former adviser to the ex-president of Peru Alberto Fuhimory and the head of the special services, sentenced to 20 years in prison for organizing the sale of ten thousand rifles to Columbian militants. This caused a political storm in Peru, which cost Fuhimory, who escaped to Japan, the post of president of the republic after ten years of reign, and his adviser - arrest. Later, the former Peruvian leader left for Chile, but the Supreme Court of Chile satisfied the petition for his extradition.

The Fuchimori case considered a special trial specially created for this part of three people. Fuhimory is accused of 12 points, ten of which relate to the facts of corruption on his part, and two cases contain documentary evidence of his involvement in human rights violations, which led to death, more than 35 people.

If he is found guilty of the murder and abduction of people, he faces up to 30 years in prison.
