In St. Petersburg, a factory is on fire

In St. Petersburg, the four-story building of the Northern Textile factory is on fire. RIA Novosti was reported in the regional Ministry of Emergencies

According to the interlocutor of the agency, a fire at the North Textile factory, located on the tanneous line of the Vasilievsky Island, began at about 03.30 in the morning, at the moment the fire area is about 800 square meters.

"There is a threat to the spread of fire to the entire four -story building. In production, there may be containers with butter and gas cylinders," said the Ministry of Emergencies.

The fire was assigned a third number on a five -point scale. About 20 fire brigades are involved in the fight against fire, the Ministry of Emergencies reported.
