Clinton: Putin has no soul

US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton believes that Russian President Vladimir Putin does not have a soul. As Reuters reports, she stated this, speaking to the voters in the state of New Gampshire.

Clinton mentioned Putin, criticizing the manner of current President George Bush to build foreign policy based on personal relations with the leaders of other states. “The president looked into Putin’s soul,” Clinton reminded the famous statement of Bush. “I could tell him that Putin is an agent of the KGB. He has no soul by definition. This is a waste of time, right?”

In 2001, in Ljubljana, after a meeting with the Russian president, George Bush told reporters that he looked into the eyes of Vladimir Putin and "saw his soul." Critics of Bush immediately called this replica naive.
