
The world famous Russian ballerina, People's Artist of the USSR Natalya Immortnova died. According to RIA Novosti, this was announced on Tuesday by the representative of the Bolshoi Theater press service.
"She died at the 67th year of her life in the Moscow hospital after a serious long illness," the agency’s interlocutor said.
Immomernova was born in 1941. In 1961-1995, she was the leading artist of the Bolshoi Theater. One of its best parties is Giselle. Immomernova also performed a lot in the ballets of her husband Yuri Grigorovich, who created the role in her ballets "Ivan the Terrible", "Angara", "Romeo and Juliet", "The Golden Age".
Immomernova - laureate of the Lenin Prize, the USSR State Prize, Anna Pavlova Paris Academy of Dance, laureate of international competitions.
