The organizers of the exercises stated that "despite the ban, in the central part of the city, representatives of the ATP and informal youth associations intend to conduct an unauthorized rally on one of the Square of Moscow and go to the CEC building on Bolshaya Cherkasy."

In turn, the Russian People's Democratic Union said that they filed a rally on March 2 at 21.00 on Lubyanskaya Square. The RNDS noted that negotiations with the mayors continue and demanded that the capital's Central Internal Affairs Directorate "pay attention to the fact that the rally is still authorized." “Accordingly, in this case, we are talking about the preparation of a provocation against a peaceful rally by the police of the city of Moscow. We declare that we will further regard these facts as a provocation by the authorities. We also ask the organizers of the official document with the coordination or inconsistency of the rally, to refrain from such“ teachings, ”the RNDS statement said.

The rally application was submitted to the Moscow City Hall on February 19. The rally is scheduled for March 2. The start of the rally is planned at 21.00, it should last until 23.00. The main goal is to discuss the preliminary results of the presidential election. At the end of the rally, the organizers plan to transfer the resolution to the Central Election Commission. On February 23, a meeting of the organizing committee of the rally will be held, at which representatives of several opposition movements are expected, who will also take part in the rally.
