In Russia, a new generation of monster children is growing, in which, as in a crooked mirror, it reflects an increasingly fragmented, obsessed with money and a corrupt society. The criminals and those who are already serving a sentence in prisons are becoming younger. Dear mobile phone, good shoes or - especially in girls - just attracting the attention of peers, appearance - sufficient reasons for envious youth to make theft. Russian teenagers beat and even kill children with an Asian appearance, the German Frankfurter AllGemeine writes.

The younger alcoholic, who was handed over to the police, killed a relative out of a sense of revenge, leaving prison. At the same time, minor criminals are often punished more strictly than even recidivists who have money and patronage. If the authorities of the Russian criminal world fall under trial, they are finished with conditional punishment. But young thieves, on the contrary, go to bars and leave prison by already swirling criminals, the publication notes.

The problem begins already in the Russian average family itself, where the father has problems with alcohol, and the mother falls from fatigue. The younger generation - if a grandmother does not bake about him - is provided to the TV and the computer where she watches films full of violence and plays cruel games. Young people have no positive examples to follow

The young generation of criminals lack elementary awareness that they are doing something illegal. The fact that success in life is acquired by zeal and hard work, many Russians do not want to admit, and the gangster privatization of the 1990s only strengthened such views on life, the German newspaper points out.

The defiantly cruel or ambiguous appearance of many businessmen and government officials makes them targets for hatred. The very end in itself becomes the elimination of more successful fellow citizens. The publication gives the following example: two young Russians moved from Dagestan to Saratov, one of them managed to find his place in life, got a family, the other no, and then the loser killed his more successful friend out of pure envy.

Alcohol and drugs become "salvation"

The replacement of happiness, which is so difficult to achieve, are alcohol and drugs, which even 12-year-olds consume in Russia, the newspaper continues. Orphans and village children drink funds after shaving or solvents containing alcohol, and even pump alcohol cocktails intravenously.

Getting a small salary and overloaded teachers do not enlighten children about the consequences of drinking alcohol and drugs. They do not make the main thing: they do not explain to the children that they themselves are responsible for their fate. Conformism, as the basic principle of society, turns into a destructive whirlpool and the process of social growth.

Many of these teenagers have already died of drunkenness and drug addiction, and this is not something unusual in Russia. It is not surprising that in this state of affairs, even those who cannot be suspected of sympathy for authoritarianism advocate to be forced to treat alcoholics and drug addicts, just like in Soviet times, Frankfurter AllGemeine notes.

Re -education is impossible without qualified personnel

The leadership in the Kremlin, who wants to see only positive in the Soviet system again, is trying to resurrect the method of familiarization with socially useful activities in the practice of performing sentences for minors. Two years ago, a professional school again opened in Moscow for minors who had stopped law, which was closed in 1991. In the two educational colonies of the Moscow Region, in Mozhaisk and Iksche, about 750 young criminals are trained in the manufacture of overalls and fire inventory.

Many secondary schools offer sports sections as extracurricular classes, which can, for preventive purposes, contribute to the release of aggression of the younger generation. But there are no means of means and qualified personnel. Often, sports sections should be paid by parents, which does not allow children to visit their children from dysfunctional families. In the Ikshansky correctional colony, production rose. Because of a small salary, only women work there. At the same time, the youth who has transgressed the line of the law, according to experts, is necessary for male authority.

Subordination as the main life principle

In a vertical society, subordination becomes the main thing. And in children's colonies, where children are provided to educators who require obedience primarily from them, a particularly stringent internal hierarchy arises.

Today, charitable organizations bring food, blankets to minor criminals, and arrange concerts for them. But convicted children need competent legal assistance, experts say, for example, so that they do not lose their registration, returning from prison. And in order not to get the most possible period in a particular case with the help of "caring" prosecutors and defenders. As in the case of a 14 -year -old thief, who was persuaded to take on crimes, which he did not commit - as a result, he had to sit for six months more.

According to experts, numerous torture methods that are used against recruits in the army were invented by young prisoners. The criminals who become adults in prison previously preferred to stay in children's colonies. Today they are eager for more "humane" institutions for adults, a German newspaper concludes.
