In the capital, an apartment of an official of the Moscow government was robbed. The prey households were values ​​in the amount of over 3 million rubles.

The crime was committed in the north of Moscow last Tuesday, Interfax reports with reference to a source in law enforcement agencies. To penetrate the apartment, thieves chose the time when the housewives were not at home.

As explained in the police, the victim turned to the duty unit on the same day in the evening. According to the 47-year-old woman living on the Leningrad highway, unknown people penetrated her home from 10:00 to 18:00.

The thieves hacked the locks of the front door, after which they stole a metal safe from the apartment, in which there were "500 thousand rubles, 80 thousand euros, $ 100 and gold jewelry," the police noted.

The total material damage amounted to 3.33 million rubles.

A criminal case has been opened, a consequence is underway.

It should be noted that the apartments of officials are often becoming a tapeen of prey of households, who are firmly sure that there is something to profit from. It is noteworthy that the criminals do not hesitate to create entire gangs that purposefully clean the dwellings of high -ranking officials. Moreover, relatives of officials who feel deprived of themselves may be involved in the organization of these "thieves' artels".

So, in the fall of 2007, the police entered the trail of the gang of apartment thieves, organized by a relative of the vice-speaker of the parliament of the Russian Federation Lyubov Sliska. According to investigators, the criminal group consisted of 25 people.

As objects for thefts, thieves chose exclusively mansions and apartments of officials who are successful in the career growth. As a result, the victim of the criminals was Sliska herself, from the apartment of which the attackers took money and property for half a million dollars. Among the stolen were jewelry, icons, collectible coins and bills worth 4 million rubles.

The criminals were destroyed by their own insolence. It was possible to go out on the trail of the gang after the robbery of the apartment of the Saratov environmental interdistrict prosecutor Alexander Agibalov. From the house of the prosecutor, the criminals issued money, jewelry and documents stored in the home safe. About the amount of damage, both the victim and the policemen were silent.
