The Prime Minister of the Russian Federation Viktor Zubkov instructed the head of the Ministry of Natural Resources to Yuri Trutnev to understand the situation with the transfer of land plots in the west of the Moscow Region, Interfax reports today.
“There are many questions, I ask Yuri Trutnev to figure it out,” V. Zubkov said on Thursday during the meeting of the government. According to him, legal entities and individuals received the right to lease on this land for little money, and in some cases at the starting price, since there was only one contender for the lot.
V. Zubkov asked the minister to pay special attention to compliance with the regulatory aspects, including ensuring the openness of the auction, to how the current legislation ensures in the future the impossibility of registering these sites in frequent property. “Moreover, it is important how clearly the law guarantees the free access of our citizens to these forests,” V. Zubkov emphasized.
