A 12-year-old girl was committed in Penza

In Penza, police officers are investigating the murder of a 12-year-old girl. The girl’s corpse was discovered the day before at an abandoned construction at a local watch factory.

During the investigation, it was established that the student of school number 51 left home to the store and did not return.

The body of a girl with signs of violent death was discovered at about 20:00 local time. According to preliminary data from law enforcement agencies, the schoolgirl hit the head with a blunt subject. It is known that the child has a cell phone, a gold ring and earrings, ITAR-TASS reports.

A criminal case has been instituted on the fact of the detection of the body under Article 105 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (murder). The investigation is conducted.

The murder of a young girl caused a great public resonance. The Penza region is considered a region where the overall crime rate is one of the lowest in Russia. In 2007, 440 serious crimes per 100 thousand people were registered. This is 22 percent less than a year earlier.
