In the near future, a new female organization may appear in Russia. Its members set themselves the goal of attracting the attention of society to the fate of their children who have suffered punishment for crimes, which, in their opinion, were not committed. Experts explain the emergence of a new community at the same time at many points on the map of Russia by the lack of effective supervision of the investigation and a large percentage of judicial errors, they write "New Izvestia" .
As a rule, citizens receive the same unsubscribes from higher authorities about all complaints. Stories gathered by the newspaper confirm: parents, alone trying to prove the innocence of their children, are almost always doomed to defeat.
According to the publication, two years ago, the inhabitants of Ulyanovsk Dmitry Agafonov and Radik Gayazov were sentenced to a long time for imprisonment on charges that Oleg Erasov was brutally beaten on a drunken fight. Parents of Dmitry and Radik claim: their sons did not participate in this fight, they were agreed.
“We conducted our investigation,” said Azat Salikhov, Uncle Dmitry. “We gained access to operational information and found out that the investigation initially had a completely different suspect: there were micro -fiber from his sweater on the clothes of the deceased. He stubbornly denied his guilt, but the study on the lies detector showed that the suspect began to go through the lie. Later he began to go through the case, as a witness, as a witness, as a witness, as a witness, as a witness, as a witness, as a witness, as a wit Gayazova as one of the participants in the fight.
“Dmitry has iron Alibi,” says Eduard Ivanov’s lawyer. “Based on the case materials, the fight lasted from 23:00 to 23:30. Just at that time, he transported guests home - his mother had a birthday.
According to Agafonov’s parents, the quarter where everything happened is known as the place of gatherings of the so -called Vyrypaevsky group. Erasov was returning from the store, several guys were in his way. They demanded a bottle, a fight ensued, the attackers did not calculate strength. They threw the beaten Erasov. When they found out that he died, they tried to evade responsibility.
"Our suspicions that this killer agreed with the operatives, strengthened after the deputy head of the criminal investigation department of the Zasviyazhsky Internal Affairs Directorate of Ulyanovsk Burenkov was convicted in February for three years. He demanded a bribe of 50 thousand rubles from the suspects for refusing to institute criminal proceedings. The employees of which arrested our sons. We are not. We exclude that the convict is not the only one who takes bribes from the perpetrators and sends the innocent to the bars, ”says Azat Salikhov.
The Agafonovs, who wrote several times to Moscow, complain that all their appeals are transferred to the prosecutor's office of the Ulyanovsk region, and from there the same frauds come about the provenness of the guilt of their sons. Meanwhile, the law "On the procedure for consideration of the appeal of citizens of the Russian Federation" is prohibited "to vigorize" a complaint to the state body whose decision will appeal.
Nobody accused the fifth -year student of the Ural Medical Medical Medakademia of any crime. But he is a victim of a judicial error. His parents believe that Oleg was killed by staging an accident, and that the police and prosecutors, instead of finding a real killer, found a driver who, for unknown reasons, agreed to take on someone else's guilt.
This incredible assumption Valery and Tatyana Vakhrushevs confirm their own investigation. “When Oleg did not return home from the guests on January 2, 2004, we began to look for him everywhere,” says Valery. “Thanks to the private detective, I found my son in the morgue on January 5. Then we learned that in the nearest police department there was an orientation on an unknown person who died as a result of a car collision near our house. But we didn’t say anything that we would not find him a son and he wouldn’t find him and he was not even They will be buried as unidentified, when I saw Oleg, I wanted to destroy the walls: he had stabbed wounds on his head.
Parents demanded to initiate a criminal case on the fact of the murder. However, the case was opened on an accident, and then only five months later. And the charge was charged to the driver only a year later. The court sentenced him to three years in a penal colony. He was released conditionally and consequently.
“The Chkalov prosecutor’s office of Yekaterinburg was falsified,” the Vakhrushevs write in contacting the prosecutor general Yuri Chaika. “Glass from the right headlight, according to which the car and the driver was supposedly found, was attached to the case file only ten months after the tragedy.” The witnesses who found Oleg on the roadway said that at that moment there was no glass on the road. Their words were confirmed by the ambulance doctors who went to the place of the tragedy. "
Vakhrushev was looking for migrant workers, who allegedly bought his son’s cell phone from unknown persons on January 3. Valery brought Belarusians to the Chkalovsky police department, hoping that Oleg’s personal belongings would be investigated there. But Belarusians were released.
At the request of "NI" in the case of the death of Oleg from the Chkalovsky regional prosecutor's office, the answer came that the investigation of "the embezzlement of Vakhrushev property was suspended due to the lack of suspects." Parents told the operatives that shortly before the death of Oleg, an employee of law enforcement agencies of Yekaterinburg threatened. Vakhrushevs know his name, there are witnesses who heard these threats.
“All these four years we have been going through a vicious circle. Our appeal to the head of the Investigative Committee of the prosecutor’s office of the Russian Federation was sent to the regional prosecutor's office,” says Tatyana Vakhrusheva. “And there we have been threatened: if you do not stop your investigation, we will plant you.”
“Law enforcement agencies are always focused on the result,” the judge of retired judge Sergei Pashin explained the situation. “It’s hard to look for the criminal. And the first version is often nominated. Once the corpse was found on the road, then an accident is to blame for the one who passed by. The system of falsification of evidence and gurgling of recognition works harmoniously. And for this investigation, there is not always enough qualifications. Employees are the heirs of that law enforcement system when they were looking for "enemies of the people."
It is difficult to find understanding and support in such situations, but perhaps the mothers of victims of judicial errors are considered. In the Krasnodar Territory, the organized activities of parents-defenders began in 2000. The idea of the organization arose spontaneously: the son of a resident of the capital of the Kuban Tatyana Rudakova, who returned from Chechnya, was unfairly accused of committing theft, was detained and beaten by police officers. The mother achieved his liberation and excuses and, visiting different instances, was amazed at the number of young people who suffered from the arbitrariness of law enforcement agencies. Then the idea arose under the name "Mother in defense of the defendants, defendants and convicts."
“The state cannot change the situation in the country without public control,” Tatyana Rudakova is convinced. “We reveal cases of violations of human rights that are created behind deaf fences and betray their publicity.”
During the activities of the organization, hundreds of cases of illegal arrests, beatings, torture, and threats have been recorded. In 2004, mothers picked up a correctional colony in the village of Tlustenhabl (Adygea) for several days, where, according to their data, the beating of the guinas concluded by special forces took place. An internal investigation was appointed, which revealed numerous violations from the colony administration.
Maternal investigations are conducted in different regions of the country. Parents, trying alone to defend the honest name of their children, unjustly being behind bars, understand that it would be easier for them if they were supported by like -minded people. Therefore, there was a need to create an organization. Now such an attempt is being made in Yekaterinburg.
“We want to unite all the people who suffered from arbitrariness,” says Alexei Sokolov, head of the Yekaterinburg human rights organization. “Desperate parents are ready to go to extreme measures: pickets, hunger strikes, self -immolation. But this is not a method. We need an organization. We need to become an authoritative force.”
