Andrei Yudin: In the repertoire - performances based on the works of Chekhov, Tolstoy, Ibsen, Gogol. The last work of the director is the drama "Three Sisters". Last year, Vladimir Pakhomov created the third version of this performance, and after the sudden departure of the theater art director, the actors felt drama in a new way.

Director Nikolai Chebykin tells about the creative activity of Vladimir Pakhomov, who devoted himself to the theater.

Nikolai Chebykin: The director is not the one who comes up with what to say now, but the one who hears what is happening in time in life, what is changing. Through this playwright, through Chekhov, he tried to understand all Russian literature and all Russian life.

Andrei Yudin: According to director Nikolai Chebykin, the will of the artistic director of the theater was embodied in his students.

Nikolai Chebykin: 21 people immediately, one day, graduated from the Academy and entered our theater by artists. The will of Vladimir Pavlovich - he handed these children his knowledge, experience, love, and this is now with us.

Andrei Yudin: Meanwhile, the actors and directors are concerned that the appearance of a new artistic director will change the creative climate in the theater, and for this reason many projects created by Vladimir Pakhomov will close. Says the actress and director of the theater Elena Olenina.

Elena Olenina: The legacy that we have after Vladimir Mikhailovich remained so great that, in principle, he will probably never be appreciated here, within the framework of our region. The bar was started such that this probably would never happen here again. Vladimir Mikhailovich was gone, and a sticky cold, cold and physical and sincere began in the theater. We have the feeling that Vladimir Mikhailovich is somewhere here, nearby, so that this spirit is still maintaining it as long as possible. You know how the drowning man clings to the straw, so we are now. Because a new person will come who does not know our theater, he does not know what has been created in 30 years with this theater, this person will introduce his ideas and, of course, they will not be so bad, just this will be completely different.

Andrey Yudin: Vladimir Pakhomov led the Lipetsk Theater for 30 years. During this time, the regional theater received the status of the State Academic Theater, which became known in Russia and abroad. The theater became the owner of the Golden Mask prizes, honorary diplomas, state awards - the Stanislavsky prize, diploma and the Ibsen 2000 International Festival. For more than four years, a branch of the Russian Academy of Theater Arts has been operating in the Lipetsk Academic Drama Theater. The theater course was created under the leadership of Vladimir Pakhomov. Now young actors who completed training completely updated the theater team

Elena Olenina: Culture was at a high level. Lipetsk international theater meetings - everyone knows about them. And theatrical critics, who come to theatrical meetings from year to year, said that they realize that these meetings would be dedicated to Vladimir Mikhailovich, but even in a terrible dream they cannot imagine how it will be without him. Our theater was recognized only under Vladimir Mikhailovich outside the Lipetsk region. “Melikhov Spring”, which now has become an international theater festival, this, in principle, was the idea of Vladimir Mikhailovich. They played on the open air, the actors realized what Chekhov’s spirit is. These are international festivals in Yalta, our theater went to Cuba, and Germany, and to France. And for several years he even conceived for several years. There was such a project, for example, with Finland. There was a proposal to take out the play “Two Weddings”, which traveled a lot to Mexico. There is also an amazing festival there. In Israel, in Norway we had a “puppet house”. This is all that was created by Vladimir Mikhailovich.

Andrei Yudin: Vladimir Pakhomov planned to put the play by Leo Tolstoy “Infected Family”. He distributed roles. Now his work is continued by the director of the theater Elena Olenina. The audience will see this performance, as it was planned by Vladimir Pakhomov, this season.
