The Central District Court of Kemerova satisfied the lawsuit of the governor of Kuzbass Aman Tuleyev against the leader of the Communist Party of the Communist Party Gennady Zyuganov to protect honor, dignity and business reputation and decided to recover 500 thousand rubles from the defendant. As RIA Novosti reports, the representative of the plaintiff said this.
"The court recognized the information widespread by Zyuganov, not true, obliged to refute them and decided to recover from the defendant to 500 thousand rubles of moral damage in favor of the plaintiff," the agency’s source said.
The basis for the Governor’s claim was the statement of the presidential candidate Zyuganov at a press conference on March 2 after the closing of polling stations in Russia, shown on the air of the Russian Information Channel "Vesti-24". Zyuganov said then that before the presidential election, Tuleyev called his Yanchar and promised to remove the leaders of the territories, whose population would give more than 10 percent of the vote for Zyuganov. Tuleyev estimated the moral damage of 1 million rubles.
In April, the Kemerovo Regional Court left the decision of the Central District Court of Kemerovo, according to the first similar lawsuit of Tuleyev to Zyuganov and decided to recover 450 thousand rubles from Zyuganov in favor of the governor.
