In the Kurgan region on Tuesday, on the 15th kilometer of the Shumikha-Ust-Uyskoye highway, seven people were injured as a result of a collision of a school bus and a Chevrolet car.

According to the press service of the traffic police of the Kurgan region on Wednesday, the drunken driver of a foreign car lost control and allowed a collision with the bus, Interfax reports.

"The driver of the car and three of its passengers suffered in the accident. Everyone received fractures and abrasions. In addition, three women who were on the bus received injuries of varying severity. All the victims were hospitalized," the message said.

There were no children on the bus.
