THEATERS
"Swedish match" . Directed by Nikita Grinshpun. Starring Evgeny Tkachuk, Roman Chaliapin, Pavel Akimkin, Elena Labutina, Yulia Peresild and others. A cheerful musical performance full of humor and inventiveness, youthfully perky and professionally mature. A year ago, one of the best Russian theater teachers, Oleg Kudryashov, released another course at RATI, which had already become famous. Several of his like-minded graduates did not want to leave. Taking as a basis the stories of Anton Pavlovich Chekhov “The Swedish Match” and “The Spouse”, together with their classmate, director Nikita Grinshpun, they staged an original, bright and difficult to define genre performance, where there is a place for both a dashingly twisted detective plot and a witty parody, and theatrical gag. Theater of Nations on the stage of the Meyerhold Center , 19.00.
“White Nights” by F. Dostoevsky. Directed by Nikolai Druchek. Starring P. Agureeva, T. Mockus, A.-D. Cretta, N. Kurdyubova, A. Goryachev. “Workshop of Pyotr Fomenko” , 19.00.
EXHIBITIONS
Timur Novikov. The exhibition features more than 50 horizontal canvases and textile collages of the neo-academic period from the collection of Igor Markin, Ksenia Novikova and other private collectors - the very works that were a fundamentally new word in art, easily recognizable even without the word “Timur” at the top, and in As a result, Novikov was immortalized. Art4.ru , until June 30.
Barbara Kruger. "Twelve". In contrast to the usual combination of visual images and graphics, the exhibition is a video installation. The action takes place in a hall where the video image is simultaneously projected onto all four walls. We are dealing with 12 different narratives, 12 dialogues, taking place in some unspecified place of public catering or in a private home. Each scene lasts from six seconds to two minutes, and the entire “film” lasts about a quarter of an hour. "Winzavod" , until June 29.
Evgeniy Ass. "Horizon". The famous architect, creator of one of the best exhibition spaces - the very gallery “Our Artists” on Rublyovka - showed his graphics.
