Packaging with reagents for acceleration of clouds fell on June 12 on the roof of a residential building in the Naro-Fominsky district of the Moscow Region. As RIA Novosti reports, the roof received damage.
Interfax clarifies that a bag of cement, which is used to influence the rain clouds, fell on the roof.
“For 20 years, this is the first time that the reagent that we use was not sprayed to the end. He admitted that he himself did not see the destruction in the house on which the reagent fell, but, according to a series of media, a hoar of a size of 50 by 80 centimeters appeared in the roof. “We will make adjustments to our technology and the technique that we use,” Stasenko added.
In turn, the representative of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Naro-Fominsky district said that the incident occurred in the village of Novonikolskoye. “The woman and the Ministry of Emergencies turned to the police who said that some object had fallen on her house and pierced the roof. Fortunately, no one was injured. Experts of the Internal Affairs Directorate, who seized the analysis,” he added.
“Representatives of the Air Force visited the scene who tried to solve all the problems with the owner of the house out of court. However, as far as it was known, it was not possible to agree on the amount of compensation,” the law enforcement source quotes Interfax.
The clouds over the capital were dispersed on June 12 in connection with the celebration of Russia Day, for which ten aircraft were involved. The crews of the AN-12 and IL-18 Air Force aircraft completed 13 flights to accelerate clouds at altitudes from three to 5 thousand meters.
