The Ministry of Defense experts questioned the results of an examination of weapons found at the place of murder of the first deputy chairman of the Central Bank Andrei Kozlov. This was written on Tuesday "Moskovsky Komsomolets", at the disposal of which the conclusions made in the 111th main state center of forensic and forensic examinations of the Ministry of Defense were at the disposal of these conclusions.

The lawyer of Aleksey Polinkin, accused of executing a crime, was concluded on the basis of these data that the weapon was thrown to the crime scene on purpose.

The specialist of the Center Sergey Zosimov found contradictions not explained by experts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the case file. One of the pistols, "Baikal", judging by the conclusion of their examination, was found with a cartridge in the chamber and a sleeve, clamped in the window of the casing-raid. According to Zosimov, the sleeve and cartridge cannot be in the channel of the pistol of this type at the same time. According to the expert, "the fixed position of the components and details of the gun was performed artificially", that is, someone put this sleeve into the gun specifically.

As follows from the examination, the outer diameter of the barrel of the weapon found is 12.6 mm, and an outer thread is cut at the muzzle end of the barrel, into which the metal sleeve is screwed. But the expert of the Ministry of Internal Affairs gives a conclusion that the sleeve has an outer diameter of 11.9 mm.

According to the conclusions of experts of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, during the murder, domestic pistol cartridges of 9 mm caliber were used. However, according to Zosimov, "the data on the chamber dimensional data (14.3 mm) given by him exclude this possibility, since a cartridge that has such a length cannot fit a 9-mm pistol, which has a length of 18 mm. There is no explanation of the indicated fact or a description of the technical solution of this problem in the research part of the conclusion."

The lawyer of Polunkin Yuri Yelmashev is sure that only one of these contradictions is enough to appoint a second ballistic examination.

In addition, according to him, not any of the pistols found was found fingerprints of the accused, but one imprint belonging to the unknown was found.

From the materials of the case it follows that Polinkin made 3 shots in a row. “But, according to the conclusion of Zosimov, it was impossible to make three shots from a pistol that the investigation ascribes to Polonkin,” said the lawyer. “And the gun, which is attributed to the Vestigence (another accused. - Ed.) In general, should have been broken.”

The first deputy chairman of the Central Bank and its driver were killed in September 2006 in Moscow. The defendants in this case are seven: Alexei Frenkel, Liana Askerova, Boris Shari, Bogdan Pogorzhevsky, Alexei Polinkin, Maxim Vokaghya and Alexander Belokopytov. Frenkel, Askerov and Shafraya are accused of organizing the murder, and the rest of the defendants in his performance. None of them plead guilty.

Another alleged participant in the crime disappeared and put on the international wanted list.
