The supporters of Kasyanov appealed to the Moscow City Court after the Tagan court recognized the refusal of the Federal Registration League legal.

The Party "People for Democracy and Justice" was denied registration due to the fact that during the audit, inaccurate data were discovered on some members of the party.
Supporters of Kasyanov call these errors unprincipled. As the lawyer Vadim Prokhorov previously said, the only reason that sounded in the refusal of the Federal Registration and the court decision was that among the information about 56 thousand party members, errors were found in the data of 37 people.
If the Moscow City Court confirms the conclusions of the lower instance, then the next step Kasyanov and its representatives plan an appeal to the Constitutional Court with a complaint with the law on political parties, and the European Court of Human Rights - a complaint against Russia.
