Now, Anatoly Yalynnaya believes that hundreds, thousands, or maybe millions of citizens, who discredit his honor, dignity and business reputation. The judge appointed the consideration of the case on July 7.

It is planned that at the hearing in defense of Sergey Terentyev, the chairman of the Union of Composers of the Komi Republic, Mikhail Herzman, will act as a witness.

As Anatoly Yalynnaya noted, the reason for applying to the court on his subordinate, who teaches the history of styles at the pop department of the educational institution, was his article. Yalynnaya found her on the Internet on the teacher’s website.

“In his article, he accuses me of the fact that I poorly held the jazz festival, being its organizer. I considered that the article was written in a woman’s one. In addition, I did not agree with Terentyev’s claims addressed to me. And since he distributed the text among the employees of our team and common acquaintances in the city, I decided to stop what he was doing,” Yalynny explained.

He said that he was first going to file an application with the prosecutor with a request to institute criminal proceedings against the teacher Terentyev, seeing in his actions the spread of knowingly false information. “But then I regretted him, did not attract him by slander. He thought he would change his mind. He would talk to me, apologize. But it wasn’t there,” continued Yalynnaya.

According to him, at the first meeting in the court on June 17, Terentyev unexpectedly for the plaintiff refused the authorship of the article and stated that he had nothing to do with publication in the world web.

“As my lawyer explained to me, Terentyev in court stated that there are few people in the city with a surname, like him, who did not like the jazz festival under my leadership,” the source said.

By the next court hearing, as he explained, he will collect evidence that the article, which humiliates his dignity and business reputation, was written precisely by the teacher Terentyev.

Recall that the son of Sergei Terentyev Savva gained wide fame in Runet thanks to a commentary on the Live Journal about the burning of the "wrong cops" on Stefanovskaya Square. He was accused of exciting hatred and enmity against police officers. The case is currently considering the Syktyvkar city court.
