The Canadian singer Selin Dion was recognized as the worst performer of the Cavers of the famous songs. The corresponding rating is published in the music magazine Total Guitar. The lower score in the ranking of the publication set the song of the Australian rock band AC/DC "You Shook Me All Night Long" performed by the Musical Star "Titanic", reports Reuters.
Dion never released a cover in a separate single and only several times performed a composition at concerts, but the audience was remembered as the most unsuccessful.
In second place in the ranking of the worst Cavers was the version of the song Walk This Way Aerosmith, recorded by Sugababes and Girls Aloud. The third place was taken by the Cover version of the More than Words Rock Group Extreme performed by Westlife.
“We live in the era of cover versions,” says Total Guitar editor Stephen Lawson. “Among them are both very good and very bad.”
The most high -quality compositions were recognized by All Along The Watchtower Bob Dylan, recorded by Jimmy Hendrix, and Twist and Shout Top Notes, later performed by The Beatles.
