
King Morocco Muhammad VI in response to the request of the head of the Council of the Mufties of Russia (SMR) Ravil Gainutdin decided to assist in the construction of the Moscow Cathedral Mosque.

At the command of the king, in April, a delegation of architects and designers arrived in Russia who participated in the construction of the famous Khasan II mosque in the Moroccan city of Kasablanka, R. They got acquainted with the project, took with them the necessary documentation and prepared their version of the decoration of the large chamber of the mosque. Having received information about the readiness to discuss this project, Mufti recently made a visit to Morocco. Gainutdin, said that the project that was presented to him by the leading architect Morocco, “took into account the mentality of Russian Muslims” will disappear.
