The Zamoskvoretsky court of the capital issued the arrest of Alexander Kutumov, an assistant to the former general director of the company ATK Aviamsnab LLC, accused in the case of theft of MiG air corporation for the supply of spare parts for combat aircraft.

“The judge of the Zamoskvoretsky court of Moscow issued a decision according to which a preventive measure in the form of detention was elected in relation to Kutumov,” Anna Usacheva, the head of the press service of the Moscow City Court, told ITAR-TASS.

Previously, the same preventive measure was elected against the ex-general of ATK Aviamsnab Musail Ismailov.

As ITAR-TASS, the official representative of the SCP of Russia Vladimir Markin, told ITAR-TASS, "according to investigators, in 2005, Musail Ismailov, being the head of ATK Aviamsnab LLC, received information that the Russian aircraft-building corporation" MiG "is looking for suppliers for the purchase of a number of spare parts for MIG-29 aircraft, and developed a plan for theft in a particularly large-large-large-a-ahled size ".

"Using the conclusion and execution of a number of civil transactions, the manufacture of false documents for products that were the subject of contracts, the attacker organized their supply to the MIG in RSK and conscientiously intended to abduct the funds for the delivered details," the representative of the SCP said.

The criminal case was opened in February 2007 under Part 3 of Art. 30 and part 4 of Art. 159 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation ("Entertainment on fraud in an organized group on an especially large scale") against Ismailov and (his assistant) Kutumov based on materials allocated from a criminal case instituted in 2006. On August 27, the Investigative Department in Moscow brought Ismailov an accusation of an attempt on fraud using an official position as part of an organized group on an especially large scale, an arrest was chosen as a preventive measure.

“Today, his assistant Alexander Kutumov was charged,” the representative of the Investigative Committee said.
