As Markin clarified, we are talking about Article 109 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation - causing death by negligence. “The criminal case has been transferred for consideration to the Main Investigation Department of the Investigative Committee for the Southern Federal District for the most complete and objective investigation, the case is under the control of the central apparatus of the Investigative Committee,” a representative of the Investigative Committee told the agency.

In turn, journalists from the opposition website claim that Yevloev’s murder was deliberate. According to them, on the way from Nazran airport, where Evloev was detained by police officers, he was shot in the head and then thrown out of the car. The wounded man was found by relatives who came to meet him. They took Evloev to the hospital, where he died some time later.

However, according to the official version of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia, Evloev resisted law enforcement officers and, as a result of the ensuing scuffle, was wounded in the head. Other sources in the republic's law enforcement agencies also confirmed the fact of unintentional murder. According to their information, in the car where Evloev and the police officers were, “an involuntary shot occurred from the pistol of one of the police officers.”

Let us remind you that Evloev was detained at Magas airport as part of an investigation into a criminal case initiated following an explosion in Nazran near the house of local resident Khautiev. At the same time, it is unknown which police officers took part in the arrest of Yevloev. According to representatives of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Ingushetia, Evloev was detained by police officers seconded to the republic from neighboring regions. However, according to the website "Ingushetia.ru", the detention of Evloev was carried out by the republican Ministry of Internal Affairs on its own.
