A pre -trial detention center was detained in Primorye, who supplied drugs arrested

In Vladivostok, on suspicion of large supply of drugs, an employee of this institution was detained to the investigative insulator (pre -trial detention center).

Employees of the Office of the Federal Security Service (FSB) of the Russian Federation for the Primorsky Territory conducted an operation to identify drug supply channels in the Vladivostok pre -trial detention center. As a result, one of the employees of this insulator was detained in vigorous, Interfax reports with reference to the senior assistant to the head of the investigative department at the Primorsky Krai Prosecutor's Office Aurora Roman.

According to the investigation, in early September, the suspect was stopped at the entrance to the pre -trial detention center. During the inspection, he found a batch of drugs on an especially large scale.

"The audit showed that the detainee regularly supplied prohibited substances by investigatively Arested," Roman explained.

Currently, investigative actions and operational investigative measures are carried out, aimed at establishing all the circumstances of the crime committed. An drug dealer’s accomplices are being searched in uniform in order to bring them to criminal liability.

Based on the results of the pre -investigation, a criminal case was opened against an employee of the pre -trial detention center under paragraph "g" of part 3 of article 228 of the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation (illegal circulation of narcotic drugs in an especially large scale).

It should be noted that in April 2007 the case of a similar crime was considered by the court of the Khabarovsk Territory. According to the prosecutor’s office, in November 2006, the junior inspector of the shift of the pre -trial detention center No. 1 of Khabarovsk Alla Alla tried to transfer about 13 grams of marijuana and more than 5 grams of tobacco, impregnated with hemp oil. Such a amount of drug is considered a particularly large batch.

The Kirovsky District Court of Khabarovsk sentenced the employee of the investigative insulator to four years in a general regime colony.
