On Wednesday, a court hearing was scheduled to take place on one of these lawsuits, in which, in particular, the appointment of the daughter of Moscow City Duma Speaker Vladimir Platonov, Ksenia, as a notary was challenged. For the 13th time, the court is trying to begin considering the claim on the merits, but each time the hearing is postponed for various technical reasons - either the notaries were not notified of the court date, or their lawyers, or someone went on another vacation. This was the case this time too - the Ministry of Justice and the Moscow Department of the Federal Registration Service, which are defendants in the case, did not receive the notification. The hearing was adjourned until October 16.
On October 9, after another postponement, it is planned to consider a lawsuit in which Inna Ermoshkina (pictured) called thieves: the wife of Deputy Prosecutor General Alexander Buksman, Irina; the wife of the former first deputy chairman of the Supreme Court Vladimir Radchenko, Lyudmila; relative of the head of the Ministry of Emergency Situations Sergei Shoigu Alexey Kuzovkov; a good friend of the President of the Chamber of Notaries Viktor Repin, who died at the end of last year, Elena Borunova; Alexander Pronin, son of a police general.
In addition, the Simonovsky court decided to resume proceedings on another claim. In it, Ms. Ermoshkina challenged the appointment of 20 more notaries, including the wife of the famous lawyer Heinrich Padva, and the rest, according to the plaintiff, “children of notaries.” By the way, Mr. Padva represents in this grandiose trial the interests of many notaries whose reputation is now called into question.
Last week, Inna Ermoshkina said that she was threatened with new charges and that she would never have to speak in court on the merits of her claims. It seems that the Main Directorate of Internal Affairs of Moscow is not wasting words. On Wednesday, immediately after the failed trial, Inna went to investigator Elena Marchenko to listen to the announced charges. But, as her lawyer Andrei Muratov said, she had a heart attack on the way, and she was never able to get to the investigator. Yesterday the meeting took place. Having heard that she was now accused of seven counts of fraud committed by an organized group on a large scale, Ms. Ermoshkina felt bad again and had to call an ambulance directly to the investigator’s office.
The new charge of committing a series of serious crimes allows the investigation to apply for arrest as a preventive measure, although so far they have not resorted to it. Inna Ermoshkina has already been in prison; she spent two months behind bars - from May to July. But then the Tverskoy court found no grounds for extending the arrest period and released the woman.
Actually, she has nothing more to hope for except justice. Like Don Quixote, Inna Ermoshkina fights with almost all law enforcement agencies - both capital and federal. She wrote a huge number of complaints about the actions of the investigation, but so far she has been refused everywhere.
She was initially accused of decades-old fraud that allegedly occurred in 1999. Ms. Ermoshkina is suspected of using her powers as a notary’s assistant, together with “unidentified persons,” to seize the apartment of her neighbor Danilochkina and send her along with her minor child to the provinces, to Volgograd.
Ms. Ermoshkina herself said that the transaction was completed legally, that her neighbor wanted to exchange a small apartment in Khrushchev for a good house in the Volgograd region. The exchange agreement was approved by local guardianship and trusteeship authorities; subsequently, the legality of the transaction was confirmed by the Volgograd court, and the Moscow Maryinsky Park police department three times refused to initiate criminal proceedings against Danilochkina. “Danilochkina’s son, when he was 15 years old and still lived in Moscow, was convicted of theft. Then, already in Volgograd, he was detained on suspicion of drug trafficking and, according to rumors, his mother was ordered to go to Moscow and write a statement against me, threatening to imprison her son otherwise,” Ms. Ermoshkina said. “By the way, those three resolutions of the Maryinsky Park police department refusing to initiate a criminal case have now somehow mysteriously disappeared.”
The second claim of the State Investigative Directorate is related to the alleged seizure of half of the apartment from citizens Anoshina and Kitayeva in the same year of 1999. However, the decision of the Tagansky court on this issue speaks of something else - the women at one time borrowed 337 thousand rubles from Ermoshkina, but did not return it, and the court forced them to do this, and the bailiff, in compensation for the debt, transferred the same property to the plaintiff half the apartment. By the way, one of the episodes of the new accusation is connected with Anoshina. “At one time, my husband, at the request of Anoshina’s first husband, arranged an apartment for him, which he inherited, then, by proxy, sold it and bought a new one for this man. At the same time, he did not acquire anything for himself, but only fulfilled the instructions given to him, and I had nothing to do with this at all,” said the notary’s assistant.
According to Ms. Ermoshkina, the State Investigative Directorate considered it a crime that last year she inherited an apartment from her deceased uncle. And also the fact that in 2002 she helped arrange the purchase of an apartment for her father. “The investigation insists that I did all this as a notary’s assistant, that is, I used my powers, but I came to work at the notary’s office only in 2004, and before that I was a senior accountant at the International Trade Center for ten years,” said Inna. “They accuse me of making too profitable deals for my family, but what’s wrong with that?” Everything was done legally, contracts were concluded, which, in turn, were recognized as legal by court decisions. If the investigation imposes its own real estate prices on us, then what is the point of civil law relations at all?”
Inna Ermoshkina was beaten, put in prison, her husband was threatened and beaten, and the whole family was followed around the clock by operatives. They laugh at her, they think she's crazy. “They tell me that they are dealing with me “on principles” and that based on these same “concepts” I should give in and withdraw my claims. But I don’t know how to “conceptually”, I only know how to do it according to the law,” Inna Ermoshkina told Vremya Novostei immediately before going to the investigator.
