The 75 million budget rubles declared at the beginning of the season for the maintenance of the club for too long searched for the addressee. However, Mikhail Rappoport, who was engaged in the contacts of the club with the party, firmly stated that there would be no football outside politics and PR “Just Russians” in the club. And they only promised. And when the players asked them: where, when? - They answered: the money went, there the procedures are long, but we are honest people, everything will come, you will win. How to win? How to go on an attack without ammunition? " As a result, Terentyev gave out 2 million in cash directly through Rappoport, and the United Russia only joined the victory of the team in the second league. “If there wasn’t this money, Dynamo would simply be buried,” Rappoport summarizes. “With this money, we went to the first division.”
The administrative resource is included in the struggle quite rarely and not for long. So in the struggle of football players with security forces, money is still a decisive factor. However, after the victory of the security forces, neither money nor football remains.
All against all
So, the club leadership is fighting with fans - for ideological reasons. Problems arise in the leadership itself - on economic grounds. Occasionally, political wars are mixed with football battles. Against the background of all this, the best players, experienced trainers leave the team. “Everyone just fled,” Rappoport admits. The leadership, which is becoming more and more police, discovers complete failure. “The team of the team is such that it does not allow to score from profitable provisions,” says the current coach Morozov. The club has not the best relations with a professional football league, which is why a scandal with the Dynamo stadium broke out in the middle of the season, which did not pass the licensing of the first league. Local authorities are also not eager to support Barnaul football, but in matters of the change of current leadership they do not go to confrontation with the security forces. All this does not inspire optimism to fans.
The former coach of the club Dorofeev characterized his attitude to the team’s failures during the season: “I do not want to fly to the second league after we looked and felt what is being done in the first. Again to go to Blagoveshchensk, three days by train ... ”The calculations of the players for the fact that a high -quality game in the first division would force the authorities to think about changing the leadership, and as a result, the best football players themselves left the club. However, hope for changes is now arising in connection with the obvious fall into the second league: the team occupies the penultimate place in the standings. “Our task is the same: to stay in the first division,” the colonel of the police of Sigigerov commented on the appointment of the new coach. “If this does not happen, the first to leave, I will.”
