The acting chairman of the ATP Leonid Gozman at a meeting of the Federal Political Council (FPS) of the party on Thursday will report his members about the situation in it and offer options for leaving the crisis state , Interfax reports.

In his opinion, “such options, by and large, are three Self -SPS, a combination with a radical opposition and entering a democratic movement, which is planned to be created at the congress on December 13, as well as participation in the initiative group to create a new party.”

Recall that it is planned to be formed with the participation of "civilian power" and the Democratic Party. The media have already christened the idea of ​​uniting the opposition by the next “Kremlin project” .

Gozman noted that the results of the latest elections to the State Duma showed that although the party was placed in difficult conditions, "the popularity of the ATP turned out to be many times less than the number of democratic citizens." With this, according to the acting Chairman, and the basic need for the proposed transformations is connected.

Responding to criticism of the Moscow City Branch of the ATP, which announced the intention to raise the question of the resignation of Goman at the congress in November, acting The head of the party remarked: "They have every right to do this. I was elected a congress, so nothing prevents them from inviting the congress to remove me from office and there is nothing wrong with that."

Speaking about the prospects of claims filed on behalf of the "Union of Right Forces" to the European Court of Human Rights regarding the results of the elections to the State Duma, Gozman noted that "this issue will be discussed, but not today." “It will be necessary to fate the results of the transformations that will be held in the party,” he said. “In addition, part of the claims was filed by individuals, and no one can forbid them to continue the trial.”

Mironov: New right movements should not be created artificially
