Audi German car manufacturer has developed a new option for cars? With this device, the driver will always be able to go, meeting on his way only a green traffic light. About this writes Daily Mail .

Audi engineers called their novelty Travolution. It works on the basis of Wireless Local Area Network (WLAN) wireless technology and can be installed on absolutely any car.

This option will tell the motorist at what speed it is better for him to move in order to drive up to the nearest traffic light just at that moment, Koga Red Light will change to green. Travolution signals are capable of recognizing from a distance of up to 30 yards, which is approximately 275 meters.

The optimal speed that the device calculates is displayed on the display in the dashboard.

Also, the advantage of the new development is the fact that the machine will save fuel with it, since there will be less stops and touches from the place - the car practically does not stop at the intersections and traffic lights. As a result, the indicator of harmful emissions will be reduced.

Audi representatives say that yet Travolution has not been launched into mass production. Tests of the new items have been carried out for two years in Germany on models Audi A5 and A6 Avant and will also last next year.

The Germans do not talk about the cost of the option, explaining this by the fact that while the novelty is in the test process, it is too early to set the price on it.
