
The three-year federal budget of Russia for 2009-2011 will be fully executed, Arkady Dvorkovich, assistant to the President of the Russian Federation, said in a television interview.
It was for this that the state has been accumulating reserves, he noted. The country's leadership does not cause concern to fall in oil prices. We will be able to compensate for the losses from reserves, and all obligations will be fulfilled, the assistant to the President of Russia said.
He also spoke out for the need to continue the implementation of priority national projects such as education and healthcare and to allocate sufficient and even additional funds for this.
In addition, according to Dvorkovich, projects that are related to the construction of roads and other infrastructure facilities will continue.
The draft budget for 2009-2011 was approved by the State Duma on October 31. Now he must be approved by the Federation Council and enter the signature of the president.
According to the document, the amount of expenses for the implementation of the Education National Project in 2009 will amount to 30.9 billion rubles, in 2010 - 7.9 billion rubles and in 2011 - 7.9 billion rubles. In 2009, 111.9 billion rubles were allocated to the Health project, in 2010 - 105.9 billion rubles and in 2011 - 109.3 billion rubles.
