A new cycling track has opened in St. Petersburg
On Saturday, a new modern indoor cycling track was opened on Krestovsky Island in St. Petersburg. According to the famous cycling coach Alexander Kuznetsov, the author of the idea of creating the track and the person who managed to implement this project, the St. Petersburg facility has no analogues in the world. By the way, its construction took eight years. At the same time, not a single penny of budget money was spent.
The uniqueness of the track in the city on the Neva lies in the fact that in addition to the track 8.5 m wide and the classic length of 250 m, a track for training on road bicycles was built behind the upper fence. More than 80 athletes can train on the track and on such a track at the same time.

By the way, official documents on the creation of such a group were signed on Saturday by the Minister of Sports Vitaly Mutko.
