RFU: A contract with Hiddin is executed

The head coach of the Russian national team Hus Hiddink has no problems with the salary, RIA Novosti said on Sunday the head of the press service of the Russian Football Union (RFU) Andrei Malosolov.

"The contract with Hiddin is fulfilled," said Malosolov.

The other day, the Russian media appeared that Hiddink was concerned that he had not paid a salary for several months.

According to the interlocutor of the agency, if earlier the work of Hiddinka paid for the National Academy of Football (NAF), the head of which is Roman Abramovich, now this is done from the RFU.

"Hiddink receives his salary, and the fact that the contract with the NAF in this area has not been extended. However, in principle, we (Hiddinka) are currently fulfilling its contract obligations. He pays the RFU salary on his own," Malosolov emphasized, adding that "the guarantor of fulfilling contractual obligations is the RFU itself."

The representative of the RFU said that the other day the Dutch specialist left Russia, but added that "there is no need to look for any catch."

"Hiddink flew away, as he did it earlier - he arrived at the matches of the tours, watched games, looked at the players and then flew away, after which he returned again," the agency’s interlocutor noted.
