The device was demonstrated this weekend on Manhattan at the annual exhibition of Wired magazine, where the latest technical inventions are exhibited, which, according to the editorial office, could change the world.
Outside, the device looks like a giant golf ball (about a meter in diameter), split in half. It is made of white plastic and attaches to the wall.
The device pulls air through the filters, separating it from dust and litter, and then heats it to the temperature at which moisture forms. The resulting water passes through a sterilizing reservoir, which, using ultraviolet radiation, fights with the pathogens of the disease of legionnaires and other infections. Finally, the water is cleaned and falls into the refrigerator through the pipes or into the kitchen crane.
